Eligibility: Males, ages 18 years and older. Completed drug evaluation indicating this level of care.

Application Process: Complete the Application for Monroe County OASAS Residential Services- found at OASAS website or call for application.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: Active Department of Human Services case (Congregate Care Level 2). Private pay. Social Security Insurance. Social Security Disability. No one denied admission based on inability to pay.
