* Offers the Expanded In-Home Services for the Elderly Program that provides:
- Cost-sharing home care for functionally impaired elderly.
- In-home assessment.
- Case management.
- Subsidized homemaker/personal care aide services.
- Subsidized housekeeping/chore services.
- Subsidized adult day care and other limited support services.
- Rides to the polls for 2024 election for current clients only.

Application Process: Referrals from agencies: Peer Place and Eldersource and other agencies.

Fees: Sliding scale based on income.
