  • CP Rochester. 
  • Empowering People's Independence (EPI). 
  • Medical Motor Service. 
  • National Multiple Sclerosis Society Upstate New York. 
  • Rochester Rehabilitation. 
  • Rochester Hearing and Speech Center. 
  • Starbridge. 

* Does NOT provide direct services. 

Eligibility: Al Sigl Member Agencies serve children and adults with special needs.

Fees: Sliding scale at individual agencies.
