* Helps people with substance use problems in a program they can attend living at home, including different services like:
  • Checking how they are doing and finding what help they need (evaluation and referral)
  • Talking to someone one-on-one or in a group (individual and group therapy)
  • Helping their family understand and support them (family counseling)
  • Teaching them how to manage anger better (anger management)
  • Helping them avoid going back to old habits (relapse prevention)
  • Specialized medication therapy called Suboxone to help with their treatment

Eligibility: Individuals with drug, alcohol, or domestic violence problem.

Application Process: Referral through the courts, social service agencies, probation department, friends, family, or self referral.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: Evaluation/counseling: Sliding scale based on insurance or Medicaid coverage and paying ability.

Coverage Note: Monroe and Wayne Counties.

 

Delphi has many ways to help with substance use. They teach people how to avoid drugs and alcohol and help them get better if they have a problem. They also give support to people to help them stay healthy and safe.
