* Provides services to adults in recovery with substance use disorder. Services include:
  • Residential services.
  • Residential group homes as well as supervised apartments.
  • Support services.
  • Individual and group counseling.
  • Recreational programs as well as educational and vocational programs.

Eligibility: Ages 18 years and older. Must be in recovery with substance use disorder.

Application Process: Referral must be made by treatment provider.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: Varies call for information.
