* Provides services to adults in recovery with persistent mental illness.  Services included:
  • Rehabilitation services.
  • Residential group homes as well as supervised apartments.
  • Support services.
  • Individual and group counseling.
  • Recreational programs as well as educational and vocational programs.

Eligibility: Ages 18 years and older.

Application Process: Referral must be made by a treatment provider.
