* Provides inpatient substance abuse and chemical specialty rehabilitation. Services include:
- Evaluation at local office for inpatient and after-care programs.
- Medically supervised detoxification.
- Co-occurring disorders
- Medication assisted treatment (suboxone/methadone/vivitrol)
- Family programs
- Gender specific units.
Eligibility: Alcohol and/or chemical dependency problem. 18 years and older.
Application Process: Call Regional Services Coordinator to complete phone assessment or Central Admissions Line.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: Third Party Insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid. Self pay arrangements can be made.
