Eligibility: Disabled. Must qualify under American Disability Act. Application must be processed and approved before transportation is provided.

Application Process: To acquire a ride: Provide from 24 hours up to 7 days advanced notice Schedule online at https://rtsaccessriderequest.myrts.com/#/auth/signinregister. To cancel rides: Leave a message on the tape provided.

RGRTA oversees public transportation in Monroe, Genesee, Livingston, Orleans, Ontario, Wayne, Wyoming and Seneca counties. RGRTA also serves as the host agency to a planning organization known as the Genesee Transportation Council.
