Eligibility: Developmental disability, autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy and other neurological impairments which constitute a lifelong mental or physical impairment that becomes apparent prior to age 22 years, is expected to continue indefinitely and constitutes a substantial handicap to a person's ability to function normally in society.
