* Provides leadership development and oportunities for minority communuties and young professionals.
* Serves as a collaborator and convenor to address community's most pressing social issues. Partners with ther Community Organizations to improve human service program coordination and delivery.
* Host the online volunteer plataform at:https://unitedwayrocfls.galaxydigital.com/ that connects local agencies with volunteers and in-kind donations.
* Administers four annual signature volunteerism eventns: Day of Caring every May, School Supply Drive, Multicultural Book Drive, and United for the Holidays.
