Eligibility: Annual income must not exceed amount set by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Eligibility for families determined by income, family size and family composition.

The Rochester Housing Authority provides public housing units and Housing Choice Vouchers (also known as Section 8) for families and individuals on fixed or low income, as well as enriched housing for senior citizens. They also provide quality housing opportunities and services to the community.
