* Offers monthly meetings that provide information to patients and families in regards to Heart disease.

Meet and greet before the meeting, provides coffee, tea, cookies, and crackers along with apples.
Zoom meetings.

Eligibility: Open to anyone who has experienced a heart event or is interested in learning how to support a heart patient.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: Voluntary fee of $30 for single membership. Voluntary fee of $40 for family membership.

Coverage Note: Monroe, Ontario, Livingston and Wayne Counties.
