Eligibility: Ages 16 years or older. Unable to afford private representation. Call for information.

Application Process: Referrals through the courts. Available at the request of the defendant. Call for information.

Required Documentation: Call for information. If under 18 years of age income of parent.

Fees: No fees for service. Except as ordered by the court when a person is able to pay a nominal fee.
