* Provides legal services to individuals requiring help with a government body limiting constitutionally protected rights, first amendment rights, right to equal protection under the law, right to due process, right to privacy.

Eligibility: Limitation of rights by the government or government agency.

Application Process: Call for information. Intakes done by phone, e-mail or mail.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for service.

Coverage Note: Monroe, Ontario, Wayne, Livingston, Genesee, Orleans, Wyoming, Steuben, and Yates counties.
