Food pantry operation and call return hours: M-TH 9:00AM-3:00PM.
Transportation service operation and call return hours: SU-TH 8:30AM-4:30PM.
Transportation service operation and call return hours: SU-TH 8:30AM-4:30PM.
* Provides transportation to medical appointments for people with no other means of transportation.
Eligibility: Rider must be ambulatory. Resident of area served.
Application Process: Must call answering service for the ride before 12:00PM the day before the appointment and provide name, phone number and request.
Required Documentation: Proof of address.
Fees: Donations accepted but not required.
Coverage Note: Serves Rush-Henrietta School District. Includes zip codes 14467, 14586, and parts of 14534, 14623, 14543.
