  • Team FACT helps families with needs by listening and finding solutions together.

Eligibility: Monroe County families with school-age children exhibiting challenging behavior. Examples include family conflict, leaving home without permission, violating curfew, struggling in school, aggressive behavior, not following rules, stealing, trespassing, vandalism, gang involvement, sex trafficking, using drugs and alcohol, and school attendance concerns.

Application Process: Call anytime or drop in during office hours. Schools may submit a truancy referral. Police departments may initiate a referral for Differential Response.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for services.

Monroe County Office of Probation helps people by offering different services. They do things like talking with people to understand their situation, figuring out what help they need, and ensuring they follow the rules. They also provide counseling and help connect people to other places to assist them. They work with different groups like the courts and other organizations to ensure everyone is safe and supported.
