Eligibility: Families within the child welfare system (children in foster care or with a relative, under the supervision of Monroe County Department of Human Services). Families referred through Family Court, DV Court or IDV Court wherein one parent/caregiver has been ordered to have supervised contact.

Application Process: Referral from Family Court, Department of Human Services, Supreme Court, Drug Court, Domestic Violence Court.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: Sliding scale based on income.

Coverage Note: Monroe County.

Languages: Spanish - Staff provides service in language offered
