  • Crutches.
  • Walkers.
  • Wheelchairs.
  • Quad canes.
  • Commodes and some orthopedic equipment.

Eligibility: Resident of area served.

Application Process: Call for information.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for service.

Coverage Note: Town and Village of Palmyra.
