* Offer home ownership counseling and credit counseling to first time home buyers.

* Provides comprehensive foreclosure prevention counseling.

* Offers financial literacy classes.

Eligibility: First time home buyers, those at risk of losing their home, low income individuals, college students, anyone in need of financial literacy services.

Application Process: Call, walk in or visit website. An application with all the necessary documents will need to be completed and returned before services can start.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for education or financial literacy classes, $15 fee for a credit report (but the fee can be waived if it is a financial hardship).

Coverage Note: Monroe County.

Languages: Translation services offered upon request.
