* Assists minorities and women in launching and growing their businesses through classroom instruction, one-on-one technical assistance, and help with New York State Minority and/or Women-Owned Business Enterprise certification applications.

* Assist dislocated workers, individuals with disabilities, as well as aspiring small businesspersons in the start-up, development, and/or expansion of independent self-owned micro-enterprise ventures.

Fees: Many programs are offered at no cost. Sliding scale fees payment plans, and financial assistance are available on an as-needed basis for services and workshops with fees.
