* Provides day habilitation for adults with disabilities. 
* Offers family support services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
* Provides financial assistance for families caring for disabled loved ones.
* Offers in-home life skills training for individuals with developmental disabilities.
* Provides case management and service coordination for individuals with developmental disabilities. 
* Provides parenting education for parents with developmental disabilities.
* Provides after school respite program for children with disabilities. 

Eligibility: Developmentally disabled individuals of all ages.
