* Provides an emergency shelter and support services for homeless families (all family compositions) with children and couples.

Eligibility: Homeless family or couple. Must not have a sex offense or arson on record. Preferred DHS referral.

Application Process: Call DHS or Guest House directly.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fees to client unless directed by DHS.

Coverage Note: Monroe County.

 

Volunteers of America of Western New York provides housing and support services for individuals and families who are homeless, care and educational programs for at-risk children,affordable housing for seniors, reentry programs, and food for residents of specific areas of Monroe County.
