Eligibility: Ages 18 years and older. Annual income must not exceed amount set by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Eligibility for families determined by income, family size and family composition.

Application Process: Printable applications available on website or contact main office for more information.

Required Documentation: To be determined once eligible.

Fees: No fee for service.

Coverage Note: Ontario and Wayne County.
