Application Process: Appointment needed. Call for information.

Fees: Accepts most insurance, including Medicaid/Medicare. Third party insurance. Sliding scale based on income. Hill Burton Fund. Financial counseling is available for individuals who are uninsured.

Coverage Note: Wayne, Ontario, Seneca, and Yates Counties.
