Eligibility: IDs must be provided for each member of the family for that member to receive clothes. Acceptable ID forms include benefit cards, birth certificate, social security card, driver's license and non-driver's ID. Families permitted one visit once every three months.

Application Process: Call for information.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for service.
