Eligibility: Diagnosis of psychotic illness. Application filled out by professional care provider. Young Adult Program: ages 18-25.

Fees: Medicaid. Medicare. Sliding scale based on income (must meet eligibility criteria). Third party insurance (some may not completely cover). Preferred Care does not provide payment.
Coverage Note: Cayuga, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca and Wayne Counties.
