* Provides special education programming for students with an Individual Education Plan (IEP). 
  • Includes clinical support and individual, group, and family therapy. 
  • Includes planned recreation activities. 
  • Includes door-to-door transportation at no cost to the parent/guardian. 
    • Crestwood Day Treatment Therapeutic Education Center (grades Pre-K-8th grade). 
    • Halpern Day Treatment Therapeutic Education Center (grades 6-12).

Eligibility: Individuals ages 3-21 years old.

Application Process: School Districts' Committees on Special Education make referrals to this program.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for service.

Coverage Note: Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne, Wyoming and Yates Counties.

Cultural Competency: Cultural competency, diversity, equity, and inclusion training for staff

Languages: Staff provides in-person interpreter, Language line, Materials/literature in language indicated

 

Hillside provides community-based services, education, and residential treatment in partnership with youth and families who have experienced trauma.
