* Provides education and other related pre-school services for infants and toddlers.

Eligibility: Must reside in Wayne County. Early Head Start: Pregnant women and/or with children birth to 3 years old. Head Start: Children from ages 3 to 5. Must meet income eligibility.

Application Process: Call/email for information or visit website. Call for appointment. Walk in.

Required Documentation: Proof of income and child's birth certificate.

Fees: No fee for service.

Coverage Note: Centers located in Palmyra, Newark, Lyons, Clyde, Huron and Sodus.
