*Provide direct assistance to low-income individuals and families by providing case management services through a series of assessments. 
  • Assistance based on need and includes rent, security deposit, mortgage, utilities (such as gas, electric, heating, water, and sewer), auto insurance and repairs, personal hygiene items, diapers and wipes, furniture, as well as gasoline and bus passes for employment-related services. 
* Provides information and referrals to the appropriate resources or agencies. 

* Provides personal financial counseling.

Eligibility: Must meet income eligibility requirements.

Application Process: Intake assessment process. Call for information.

Required Documentation: Household income documentation. Depending upon service requested: documents may include- copy of eviction notice, copy of utility shut off notice, copy of signed lease, other documentation as requested.

Fees: No fee for services.
