* Provides dental hygiene services and education that includes:
- Cleaning of teeth.
- Personal oral self care instruction.
- Fluoride therapy.
- Periodontal and dental charting.
- Nutritional counseling for oral health.
- Dental x-rays.
- Sealants.
Eligibility: Adults ages 18 or older. Children between the ages of 4 and 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
