* Offers a voluntary alternative to the traditional court process for early offenders through the Pre-Trial Diversion Program.
- Reduction of or dismissal of criminal charge upon successful completion of the three-six month coordinated counseling program.
- Inmates interviewed at the County jail during the five work days.
- Information verified and provided to the judge for their release decision.
- Clients are notified of court appearances.
- Monitored on a weekly basis and referred to supportive services.
Eligibility: Pre-Trial Diversion. Pre-Trial Release: eligible for bail.
