Eligibility: Low to moderate income with special attention to those 50 and older.
Application Process: Call for an appointment.
Required Documentation: Bring current income tax records and a copy of last year's federal and state income tax returns.
Fees: No fee for service.
Coverage Note: Cayuga, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca and Wayne Counties.
