Eligibility: Must have an on the job injury for Worker's Compensation. For those with an off-the-job injury call for information.

Coverage Note: Monroe, Allegany, Genesee, Livingston, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne, Wyoming, and Yates Counties.
