* Provides an inpatient rehabilitation unit dedicated to short term care (licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists), long term care, special needs/dementia care unit, respite stays, hospice services and support care.

The Commons on St. Anthony provides long-term placement and short-term rehabilitation care, as well as a medical day program.
