- Individual/family may receive food twice per month whom reside within the service area. .
Eligibility: Resident of areas served.
Application Process: Call or come to office during open hours.
Required Documentation: One form of business mail for all individuals in household over age 18. Birth certificate or custodial papers for anyone under the age of 18.
Fees: No fee for service.
