- Colostomy.
- Tube feedings.
- Wound care.
- Oxygen therapy.
- Pain management.
- Orthopedic post-surgical restorative care.
- Short-term rehabilitation services.
- Hospice services.
Eligibility: Must have a doctor's order for 24 hour skilled nursing care. Must have PRI.
