* Offers a medical adult day health program that includes: 
  • Assistance with daily medication. 
  • Personal care and hygiene. 
  • Nursing. 
  • Physical, speech and occupational therapies. 
  • A hot noon meal that can accommodate special diets. 
  • Foot care. 
  • Activity programs. 
  • Transportation within Monroe County.

Eligibility: Must be in need of a medical model program. Resident of area served.

Fees: Private Pay. Medicaid. Veterans benefits.
