  • Personal support services. 
  • Care for those who need a little assistance with day-to-day living activities. 
  • Residents have an active lifestyle, while receiving physical, mental and emotional support, as needed. 

Eligibility: Must be in need of the health and social services that are provided within the scope of the program.
