Eligibility: Eligible U.S. citizens or non-citizens with eligible status. For 1 bedroom units: Age 62 or older or, permanent disability/handicap. For 3 bedroom town homes: need a minimum occupancy of 3 people. Income and other restrictions do apply. Please contact rental office for details.
