* Offers assistance with community referrals and arrangement of services that include but are not limited to:
  • Meals, transportation, assistive devices, housecleaning/yard work, home repairs/safety checks.
  • Personal care.
  • Benefits counseling.

Eligibility: Ages 60 years and older or have medical impairments. Resident of area served.

Fees: Fees vary.

Coverage Note: Town of Perinton, Village of Fairport. Volunteer drivers can go out of area.
