Language Access
Eligibility: Ages 18 or older. Individuals must carry a current mental health diagnosis and have needs that can be met through a mental health clinic.
Application Process: Usually referred by a treatment program. Self-referrals are accepted. Accepts walk-ins. Call for information.
Required Documentation: Insurance cards and proof of address if available.
Fees: Medicaid. Medicare. No one will be denied services due to inability to pay.
