* Provides confidential treatment designed to reduce symptoms, improve patient functioning, and to provide on-going support. Services include:
  • Assessment and treatment planning.
  • Individual, group and family therapies.
  • Medication evaluation and prescribing.
  • Symptom management.
  • Care Management.
  • Single Point of Access(SPOA).
  • Assisted Outpatient Treatment(AOT). 
  • Crisis Intervention Services.
  • Daytime Mobile Crisis Team.

Eligibility: Residents of Cayuga County.

Application Process: Walk-in. Upon arrival, paperwork needs to be filled out and then patient is able to see available therapist. Call the crisis line for Mobile Crisis.

Required Documentation: Identification and insurance cards.

Fees: Medicaid, Medicare, Third party insurance, Sliding scale based on income.

Coverage Note: Cayuga County.

Languages: Translation services available. -
