* Accompanies victims through medical, law enforcement, and judicial procedures.

* Offers professional mental health counseling for victims of sexual and domestic violence.

* Collaborates with Upstate CARES program for medical exams for child victims of sexual assault.

Eligibility: Residents of area served. Must be a victim/witness to sexual assault and/or physical violence. Child Advocacy Center of Cayuga County: Birth to age eighteen.

Application Process: Law enforcement and human service agencies or self referral.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for services.

Cayuga Counseling Services seeks to promote emotional health and well-being, with a special emphasis of, providing services to children, young adults and families, providing individual counseling, school-based therapy, medication management, intensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy and DBT groups, and Parent Child Interaction Therapy.
