* Offers a specialized runaway, homeless youth services and emergency shelter that provides a short term residence of up to 30 days.

* Provides a host home with families throughout Monroe County to youth in crisis.

Eligibility: Emergency Housing Program: Ages 12-17 years. Host Home Program: Ages 12-22 years.

Application Process: Call for information. Staff must speak to the youth directly.

The Center for Youth provides free, voluntary, and confidential counseling, emergency shelter, transitional and permanent housing, crisis intervention services including crisis nursery services for youth and their families.
