National Runaway Safeline (NRS) is the National Communication System for runaway and homeless youth. Youth and family members can contact NRS for help in dealing with problems and finding local social service agencies and organizations. NRS also operates MOCA: Mentally Overcoming Challenges and Adversities, a mental health hotline for youth and young adults.
