Eligibility: Age 18 or older. People with disabilities or a history of employment challenges. Meet the requirements of VESID or ACCES/VR, Office of Mental health or CBVH.
Application Process: Referrals through VESID or ACCES/VR, Office of Mental Health or CBVH (Commission for the Blind and Visually Handicapped). Self-referrals accepted. Facilitation of opening a case with the above stated agencies.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Cayuga, Onondaga, Seneca, Ontario and Tompkins Counties.
