Eligibility: Must meet income guidelines and live in area served.
Application Process: Call for location information. Emergency need after hours: Call, leave message on answering machine.
Required Documentation: Photo ID, proof of residence. Must sign a government statement regarding income.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Towns of Brutus, Sennett and Weedsport Central School District.
