Eligibility: SPOA: Must have a mental health diagnosis within the past 12 months.

The Oneida County Department of Mental Health provides administrative leadership to the planning, monitoring, and reviewing services for individuals with mental illness, substance use disorder, and intellectual and developmental disabilities.
