* Provides substance use disorder services that include:
- Outpatient clinic, counseling, psychiatric evaluation and medication management.
Eligibility: Resident of Cattaraugus County with primary mental health diagnosis.
Application Process: Referral and/or appointment, call or walk in.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and sliding fee for uninsured with proof of income.

Languages: Provides a virtual interpreter.
