- Outpatient clinic, counseling, medical evaluation, personalized recovery orientated services, response to mental health emergencies and case management.

Eligibility: Resident of Cattaraugus County with primary mental health diagnosis.
Application Process: Referral and/or appointment; call or walk in.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and sliding fee for uninsured with proof of income
